deep breathing

Deep breathing is a powerful tool and can be combined with The Lymphatic Brush to ease anxiety and induce relaxation.

the vagus nerve

The Lymphatic Brush provides access to the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in the relaxation response.
The Lymphatic Brush is not only an effective tool for supporting lymphatic health, but for regulating stress and balancing the nervous system.

This short course will guide you through a stress free routine to help ease tension, redirect negative thoughts, improve focus and reset your nervous system.

Stress is the Precursor to Aging
Stress perpetuates inflammation. Inflammation is the common denominator for most chronic degenerative and cognitive diseases we encounter as we age.
Symptoms of stress vary from mild to severe and are often mistaken as part of the aging process or entwined with underlying medical issues.

✔️ Furrowed brows, squinting

✔️ Tired, sore, dry, watery eyes

✔️ Tension headache, migraine
✔️ Poor digestion, nausea
✔️ Disruptive sleep, insomnia

Stress manifests in the body and expresses itself both internally and externally. It can affect our physical, mental and emotional well-being. Chronic stress from being overworked or, consumed with worry and anxiety can have catastrophic consequences if not managed regularly.

The Lymphatic Brush can help soothe and relieve tension by releasing its tight grip on the structures of the face, redirecting our thoughts and sending waves of calm throughout the body that allow it to relax and reset.

TLB x Stress = Relaxation

The Lymphatic Brush, combined with the gentle and rhythmic sweeps of the textured bristles, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and coordinate a calming response by the body.

This course combines techniques using the small and large lymphatic brushes for reducing stress, softening tension and calming inflammation.

  • Small: Neck & Face
  • Large: Neck, Face & Body

Although they appear the same, the density and firmness of the bristles on the small and large brush differ slightly to provide the appropriate pressure from head to toe.

While you can safely interchange them, it's recommended to use the appropriate brush for each area to achieve the maximum benefits.

When in doubt! leave it out!
