SomaSculpt™ Pro Training

This two day in-depth professional training offers a transformative approach to beauty where science meets the art of touch.

Rooted in gentle yet highly effective techniques, this method targets restrictions within the body’s loose connective tissue network, which supports and surrounds muscles, organs, and other vital structures.

By applying precise, deliberate stretches, this therapy releases tight, adhered fascia, enhancing movement of fluid throughout the body and promoting revitalization from within. Practitioners often observe immediate, visible results—comparable to those of a natural facelift.

This technique not only boosts circulation and lymphatic flow, leading to brighter, more rejuvenated skin, but also activates the parasympathetic nervous system, easing stress and encouraging deep relaxation.

The result is more than just skin-deep: improved tissue function, enhanced well-being, and a refreshed, radiant appearance that clients can both see and feel.

Origin of Connective Tissue Massage

Elizabeth Dicke, a visionary physiotherapist in the early 20th century, discovered the power of Connective Tissue Massage (CTM) after overcoming a life-threatening illness using her own hands. Her experience led to the development of a groundbreaking technique rooted in the belief that connective tissue holds the key to unlocking whole-body wellness.

SomaSculpt works to release deep-seated tension, boost circulation, and reset the nervous system—offering powerful results for both musculoskeletal and internal health. Today, her method continues to inspire modern approaches to holistic, results-driven bodywork.

SomaSculpt™

Release the patterns. Restore the flow. Return to yourself.

SomaSculpt™ is a connective tissue therapy developed by Ashley Jo through over 15 years of hands-on clinical experience, rooted in a deep understanding of the body’s soft tissue systems and their influence on movement, fluid flow, and overall health.

This method focuses on the often-overlooked layer of loose connective tissue, where stagnation, restriction, and compensation patterns quietly shape the way the body functions and appears. It is also within this layer that the body holds patterns of stress, emotion, and lived experience. Over time, these patterns can become embedded in the tissue, influencing not only physical structure, but how the body moves, responds, and feels.

By working with precision and intention within this space, SomaSculpt™ restores movement, improves tissue quality, and reestablishes communication throughout the body. As the tissue begins to soften and fluid begins to move, the body shifts. Tension releases, patterns reorganize, and a deeper sense of ease returns.

The result is both therapeutic and visible. Tissue becomes more responsive, the skin more vibrant, and the body more balanced from the inside out.

SomaSculpt™ stands on its own as a powerful approach to bodywork, while also integrating seamlessly with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to enhance results and support the body’s natural capacity for regulation and flow.
