The Dr. Vodder MLD method is based solely on the original and unadulterated techniques developed by Dr. Emil Vodder and his wife Estrid in 1936. It's the gold standard of manual lymphatic drainage methods and utilizes gentle, non-invasive techniques in which the skin is stretched and torqued in a precise manner. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a foundational facial therapy that can be easily incorporated into any wellness practice.
It encourages the elimination of metabolic waste while accelerating the flow of fresh oxygen and nutrients through a series of rhythmic movements and manipulation of the skin. MLD enhances the natural cleansing mechanisms of the skin to ignite its nature healing and glow.
